When it comes to Windsurfing, the best place for a surfing experience in Sri Lanka is Bentota, which is positioned on the south west coast. The surfer will get to cruise over stunning blue waters overlooking the striking sandy beaches. Sri Lanka is a great place for the amateurs of windsurfing. Some of the best waters to learn the sport are the Bentota River, the country’s numerous tanks and lakes. These locations are considered to be perfect training location for surfers prior to heading to the demanding ocean waves.
